These terms apply to your use of qalamai.store and to every purchase from Qalam AI ("we", "us"). By buying a guide or booking a consultation you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Digital guides (PDF files and ZIP bundles of PDFs) and live online consultations, as described on each product page.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and charged once at checkout through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Customers paying with an international card are charged the INR amount; any conversion or foreign transaction fees are applied by their bank.

3. Delivery

Guides are delivered as a download link after payment is verified. Consultations are scheduled after payment as described in our Shipping & Service Delivery Policy.

4. Licence for guides

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and use the guides in your own work. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or substantial parts of them.

5. Consultations

• Consultations provide guidance and education. Decisions and their implementation remain your responsibility.
• Please do not share passwords, personal data of others, or confidential information you are not permitted to share.
• Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in advance.
• Rescheduling, cancellation and no-show rules are set out in the Refund Policy.
• We may decline or end a session that becomes abusive or requests unlawful or academically dishonest work (for example, completing graded assignments).

6. AI tools and accuracy

Our guides and sessions teach methods for using general-purpose AI assistants. AI tools can produce errors; you are responsible for checking outputs and following the rules of your school, employer, clients and platforms. We are not affiliated with any AI company, and we do not sell AI software or accounts.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular marks, results, income, reach or sales. Our content is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos and banners are owned by Qalam AI unless stated otherwise. Written reports prepared for you in a consultation may be used freely within your own organisation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
