Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

Qalam AI sells digital guides and online consultations only. Nothing is shipped physically, no courier is used, and no shipping charges apply. Customers in India and abroad are served the same way.

Digital guides

1. You complete payment through Razorpay.
2. We verify the payment automatically.
3. You are taken straight to a download page.

• Delivery is normally instant; in rare cases of delayed bank confirmation it can take up to 24 hours.
• The download link is valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads.
• Single guides are PDFs; bundles are one ZIP file containing PDFs.

Consultations

1. After payment, you choose two preferred date-and-time options and describe your needs on the booking page.
2. We confirm one slot and email the Google Meet or Zoom link within 1 working day.
3. Sessions take place online, Monday to Saturday, in Indian Standard Time, in English, Hindi or Urdu.
4. The written follow-up (summary, plan or report) is emailed within the time stated on the service page — 48 hours or 3 working days.
5. The pre-session worksheet is available to download immediately after payment.

If no booking request is received within 30 days of payment, please contact us; we will help you schedule or process a refund under our Refund Policy.

Requirements

A device that can open PDF files, and for consultations, a stable internet connection, a browser or the Google Meet/Zoom app, and a working microphone.
