This policy explains what personal data Qalam AI collects and how it is used.

What we collect

At checkout: your name, email address and mobile number.
When booking a consultation: your preferred dates and times, language, and the description of what you want help with.
Order records: the product, amount, date, and Razorpay order and payment IDs.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

To process your order, deliver your download and schedule and deliver consultations
To send order-related emails and answer support requests
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
To prevent fraud and misuse of download links

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them.

Your data is shared only with Razorpay (to process payment), our hosting provider (to run the website) and authorities where required by law.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete other data at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing contact@qalamai.store.

We use a single session cookie needed for secure checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
